Curriculum: Stage 5 (Years 9 and 10)

PLC Armidale follows the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) Curricula. Our Stage 5 students study courses across the following learning areas:

  • English
  • Geography
  • History
  • Mathematics
  • Personal Development, Health and Physical Education (PDHPE)
  • Science

As well as three electives from the following areas:

  • Agricultural Technology
  • Commerce
  • Design & Technology
  • Dance
  • Drama

  • Physical Activity and Sport Studies (PASS)

There are also a number of courses developed by PLC Armidale available for selection, including:
