Boarding at PLC Armidale
A typical individual room in one of our junior wings.
Boarding at PLC has an interesting tradition, rich in history and humour, emphasising the development of lasting friendships, responsibility, independence, tolerance, faith and love.
Each year we farewell our senior students with tears and also joy, knowing they have many adventures ahead of them.
Each year we welcome our new seniors and are amazed at how superbly they fit into the role as leaders and role models for the younger students.
One of our common rooms located on each level of our boarding houses.
We welcome students from overseas and are continually in awe of their efforts to learn a new language, fit into a different culture and make PLC their home away from home.
Each year we receive letters from graduating students speaking warmly and with fond memories of their time spent with us.
Some examples are:
Junior dormitory providing individual spaces for each student.
It is such a rich and rewarding environment for students and staff alike, when we see confident and intelligent young adults going forward into the world. We like to think their time with us helped guide their futures.
