Annual fees are charged in three equal instalments at the beginning of Terms 1, 2 and 3 with interim accounts sent out at the end of Terms 3 and 4.

A.        Pre-Enrolment Fees

Registration Fee - $220
This fee covers administration costs associated with temporarily reserving a place for the student in the nominated year. This fee is non-refundable and is inclusive of GST. Registration is not a guarantee of enrolment. 


Enrolment Fee - $600 for Junior School and $1200 for Senior School
This fee when paid confirms acceptance of the offer of a place in the nominated year group at the College.

This fee is not refundable.

2.         ANNUAL FEE 

This fee incorporates items such as textbook and technology levies, and activities such as compulsory whole grade excursions or activities.

Boarding fees are in addition to all other fees and includes GST on meals. 

  • Casual Boarding (for day girls only) (inc GST) - $69.30 per night including meals and linen, however girls may choose to bring their own linen/sleeping bag and pillow.
  • Extended Day Program (inc dinner in dining room)$25/day
  • Boarder Parent Overnight Stay (inc dinner and breakfast)$55/night


PLC Armidale is registered by the NSW Board of Studies to accept overseas students (CRICOS Provider Code: 02295G). The Australian Government classifies an overseas student who is neither an Australian citizen nor one who holds an Australian Residency Visa, and who attends an Australian school, as an ‘Overseas Full Fee Paying Student’. The school does not receive government subsidies for such overseas students and thus these students must pay full fees.

Overseas full fee paying students are also required to take out Overseas Student Health Cover prior to a Student Visa being granted.

Additional Costs

These consist of uniform costs and pocket money allowances. Additional items charged to accounts may include school excursions, medical expenses and sport costs. Travel costs to and from your home must be added.


Each family will be charged $100 Life Membership of the PLC Armidale P&F Association. The P&F Association supports the College in the vital role of fundraising for resources and facilities needed.


It is hoped that all families will support the ongoing development of the College through the contribution of tax-deductible donations to the Building Trust and Scholarship trust. These contributions are especially appreciated and essential for the future of the College.

7.         PAYMENT OF FEES

Fees are payable as per the Conditions of Enrolment. Tuition and Boarding fees may be made by cheque, cash, credit card or BPAY.

Fees not paid by the due date may be subject to legal proceedings.

Account Payment Options are available -


Tuition and boarding fees are charged in 3 equal instalments at the start of terms 1, 2 and 3. A 5% discount is available to those parents/guardians who choose to pay their full tuition & boarding fees for the year ahead by the 19 January of that same year. The 5% discount will be applied to the April fee instalment account. This discount is not applicable to any International Student fees.
